Hi, I'm Lara!

A woman practicing yoga at home, standing on a black exercise mat, wearing a black shirt and black pants, with a tattoo on her left arm, in a room with wooden floors, white walls, and framed pictures of beaches and waves. A purple vase with flowers is on a small white table nearby, and a blue pair of slippers is on the floor next to the mat.
A person performing a handstand outdoors on green grass, with trees and shrubbery in the background, seen from the perspective of someone sitting on the ground.
A woman doing yoga on a blue mat in a room with large window and white curtains, with a young boy lying underneath her on the mat, smiling and pointing at the camera.

I'm a mom of five, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), certified Barre instructor, and Holistic Yoga Therapist. I created this space to make yoga feel simple, approachable, and accessible.

I grew up between the Chicagoland area and Northern Virginia, where I developed a lifelong love of nature, movement, and music. As I entered adulthood, I experienced seasons of anxiety and depression that often left me feeling disconnected from myself. It wasn't until my first pregnancy that I truly discovered yoga—not just as exercise, but as a powerful tool for finding calm, building resilience, and reconnecting with both my body and mind.

Alongside my yoga training, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration, which deepened my passion for whole-person wellness, mental health, and creating supportive communities where everyone feels welcome.

Today, you'll usually find me balancing life with five wonderful kids, creating practical yoga resources, or finding small moments of peace in the middle of beautifully busy days. My hope is that the guides, programs, and resources you'll find here help you feel calmer, stronger, and more connected—both on and off the mat.

I'm so grateful you're here, and I can't wait to be part of your journey.
