Are these guides printable?

Absolutely! All of my PDF guides are designed to be printable for your personal use. You can also keep a digital copy to use on your favorite device.
Can I share my PDF with someone else?

Each purchase includes a license for one person to use the guide. Please do not share, copy, or redistribute the files. If a friend or family member would like their own copy, I'd love for them to purchase one so I can continue creating helpful resources. Thank you for supporting my small business!

What if I’m not flexible?
Are these resources suitable for yoga teachers?
Most practices require only a yoga mat and a small amount of space. Optional props such as yoga blocks, blankets, or straps may be suggested, but alternatives and modifications are often provided.
You do not need to be flexible to start yoga. Flexibility develops over time through consistent practice. My approach focuses on meeting your body where it is today and making yoga accessible for all experience levels.
Yes! While many of my guides are designed to help beginners build confidence in their practice, several resources are also valuable for yoga teacher trainees and newer instructors. Each product description will let you know whether it’s intended for personal practice, teaching support, or both.
